Canceling or rescheduling?

You cannot cancel & reschedule an appointment. Choose One.

take action no less than 24 hours before your appointment to avoid paying another deposit or from being restricted from booking for late actions.. 

Reschedule: 

If you are rescheduling I need to know your new reschedule date the same day. You can reschedule an appointment 1 TIME & it can only be rescheduled 30 days out, otherwise you will have to pay another deposit if you want to reschedule again. To avoid this, book when you are ready. Emergencies are excluded.

please reschedule no less than 2 weeks out If you are sick.

Cancel:

this action is completely up to you, you will not receive your paid deposit back if you cancel under any circumstances, it's non-refundable. if I cancel your appointment, you will receive the deposit back immediately.
